Piloting Toolkit Documents

The documents within this Piloting Toolkit for the CommuniCity project were regularly updated based on feedback and insights gathered from pilot managers, hosts, and teams during each round of the open call. These modifications ensured that the documents were valid and effective for each ongoing open call round, and in the end the toolkit serves all the future piloting programmes managed independently by other European cities.

This checklist is meant for pilot managers to plan and implement successful pilots together with the pilot teams and pilot hosts.

These guidelines have been created for all piloting teams participating in the CommuniCity Open Call rounds.

The objective of CommuniCity’s technical framework is to provide a set of assets, such as specifications and software, to support the design and development of innovative solutions.
