After the winners are informed, and they have confirmed their participation in the piloting, the kickoff meeting is arranged. In the meeting led by the pilot manager, the pilot host and pilot team form a joint agreement of the pilot goals and implementation plan.
The reached consensus starts the piloting contract process between the pilot team (Lead Applicant) and the CommuniCity partner. In the rare case that the consensus is not found, the application will not end up as a piloting contract and the collaboration in the open call ends. This would bring the second place applicant an opportunity to become awarded for the grant.
