July-August: Finalising the descriptions of the second round challenges and confirming the possible host organisations.
September: Open Call for Applications opens on 12 September (closing on 31 October 2023)
October: Nominations of the evaluation juries.
November: Evaluation of the applications by the expert juries.
December: Launching the piloting phase (ending by June 2024)
